Strata. This is a breakfast food that I didn’t know I needed until I ate it for the first time. And now I’m bummed that I missed out on this for like 24.5 years. Custardy and delicious and kind of like a fancy baked french toast, strata is a super versatile breakfast or brunch or ANYTIME meal.
