Peanut Butter Butterscotch Squares


So as I am told, these are very bizarre and no one has ever heard of them before, at least in my friend circle. These delicious squares are most assuredly an East Coast thing – shout out to my beloved Maritimes! I grew up eating these during my summers, both homemade and bought from the local Co-Op grocery store. They are sweet and decadent and you definitely don’t need too many, but MAN are they good. I’m going to be the first to admit, I’ve never been huge on the whole pumpkin spice thing.
