First of all, FOOD PUNS. Second of all, this is my official “I have to get up at 4:15 tomorrow morning” meal. I prepped it the night before, and the texture was PERFECT the next morning. So creamy and delicious and SATISFYING. Not to mention this whole recipe has literally two steps, and one of them is putting the finished product into your facehole. Everything goes into your blender. EVERYTHING. Put 1.5 cups of frozen mixed berries (I also had a mango and strawberry mix to finish off, so…), 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup greek yogurt, 1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla extract, and one avocado (peeled and pitted). If you want it a little sweeter, might I recommend some honey, stevia, or even some brown sugar? Blend the contents until smooth. That’s it. That’s all there is to this recipe.
LOOK AT HOW THICK AND CREAMY AND SMOOTH IT IS. Consume immediately or keep in the refrigerator overnight. You may need to give it a little stir in the morning, but the texture is still fantastic. ENJOY!
A Berry Nice Smoothie
- 1.5 cups frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup green yogurt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
- Put all of your ingredients into the blender, and blend until smooth.
