Given that it’s prime berry-picking season, I figured that cobbler would be the perfect showcase for those amazing summer fruits. Sadly, the fresh berries I had got eaten before I could get this one photographed. Therefore, I had to use frozen fruit today! But the fantastic part about this cobbler is that you can swap frozen for fresh and vice versa. Today I used mixed berries, but this recipe also works fantastic with other fruits – sub in to your heart’s delight! Click through to follow along!

OKAY I KNOW IT’S SUMMER, BUT BEAR WITH ME. I enjoy hot beverages all year round, I love chocolate, and my air conditioning is absolutely cranking out the chilliest air (it’s 38°C with the humidex, what even is that?). This is the meal that comes out of a need to clean leftovers out of the fridge, but it is always good. Although completely customizable, click on through to follow how I made my burrito for this leftovers night! Continue reading “Kitchen Sink Burritos”
