Given that it’s prime berry-picking season, I figured that cobbler would be the perfect showcase for those amazing summer fruits. Sadly, the fresh berries I had got eaten before I could get this one photographed. Therefore, I had to use frozen fruit today! But the fantastic part about this cobbler is that you can swap frozen for fresh and vice versa. OKAY I KNOW IT’S SUMMER, BUT BEAR WITH ME. I’ve had a serious, serious desire for brownies lately. After making a batch on the weekend, my sweet tooth kicked in and I just needed them. Of course, I figured there had to be a way to make them a little healthier for me… Enter the mighty, but humble, black bean.
