I’ve had a serious, serious desire for brownies lately. After making a batch on the weekend, my sweet tooth kicked in and I just needed them. Of course, I figured there had to be a way to make them a little healthier for me… Enter the mighty, but humble, black bean. The brownies are chocolatey and have that dense, fudgey texture that I’m obsessed with in brownies, but there’s no remorse when you eat five of them.
