So this is actually going to be a part one of two blog post. Today we’re going to focus on the “noodles” – a post that would make my Oma and Opa proud. So spaetzle – say it with me, “SCHPETS-luh” – is a German dumpling. A tiny, delicious German dumpling. Now normally these would be served a little differently – say, fried in butter and topped with a thin gravy (which is HEAVEN). BUT, I thought to myself, these are kind of like noodles, and I have some quick stroganoff on the stove…WHY NOT PUT THEM TOGETHER? Glass Noodle Stirfry

OH HEY HAPPY NEW YEARS! First of all, J and I hope that you’re all having a wonderful holiday season, and that you are surrounded by the people you love. Thank you for following us on our journey so far, and we are so excited for 2016!

NOW TO THE FOOD. Glass. Noodle. Stirfry. Ohmygoshthisissodelicious. It is so flavourful and satisfying that I could hardly believe it while I was eating it. Prepare your tastebuds. This is a super easy recipe, but was so unbelievably good that I honestly don’t think the leftovers will last past tonight.
